Sous le titre \u00ab\u00a0One language &#8211; many voices\u00a0\u00bb, cette troupe britannique a reconstitu\u00e9 l&rsquo;\u00e9volution de la Grande Bretagne de l&rsquo;Empire Britannique \u00e0 la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 cosmopolite actuelle, sous la forme de quatre nouvelles, en anglais:<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>\u201eAn Outpost of  Progress\u201cde l&rsquo;\u00e9crivain d&rsquo;origine polonaise Joseph Conrad confronte les spectateurs \u00e0 la question de l&rsquo;\u00e9thique et de la morale du colonialisme europ\u00e9en en Afrique. Dans\u00a0\u201eThe Force of Circumstance\u201c  de Somerset Maugham, le flou des limites entre la fa\u00e7on de vivre des Malaisiens et des Anglais provoque d&rsquo;importants conflits entre les personnes. \u201eDead Man\u2019s Path\u201c se d\u00e9roule au moment du passage de l&rsquo;Empire au Commonwealth: l&rsquo;auteur nig\u00e9rien Chinua Achebe montre comment l&rsquo;ignorance d&rsquo;un directeur d&rsquo;\u00e9cole ambitieux, en ce qui concerne les traditions locales et les croyances, conduit \u00e0 la catastrophe, lors de la construction d&rsquo;un nouveau b\u00e2timent scolaire.
