{"id":51365,"date":"2021-01-07T13:07:12","date_gmt":"2021-01-07T12:07:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dfg-lfa.org\/?p=51365"},"modified":"2021-01-07T15:08:22","modified_gmt":"2021-01-07T14:08:22","slug":"dfg-charta-zum-digitalen-unterricht","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dfg-lfa.org\/fr\/2021\/01\/dfg-charta-zum-digitalen-unterricht\/","title":{"rendered":"Charte de l\u2019enseignement num\u00e9rique au LFA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>L\u00b4\u00e9quipe du Lyc\u00e9e Franco-Allemand, en interaction avec les repr\u00e9sentants des parents et des \u00e9l\u00e8ves, s\u00b4est pench\u00e9e sur les modalit\u00e9s de l\u00b4enseignement \u00e0 distance et a r\u00e9dig\u00e9 un accord commun nomm\u00e9 \u201eCharte de l\u00b4enseignement num\u00e9rique\u201c qui a pour but de permettre une mise en \u0153uvre adapt\u00e9e tant au niveau de la p\u00e9dagogie que de l\u00b4organisation.<\/p>\n<p>Ainsi, tous les points de vue des acteurs \u00e9ducatifs et impliqu\u00e9s dans le quotidien des \u00e9l\u00e8ves, des \u00e9l\u00e8ves eux-m\u00eames, de leurs parents et des enseignants ont pu \u00eatre pris en compte dans cet accord. La charte doit donner un cadre commun \u00e0 tous pour l\u00b4enseignement num\u00e9rique et permettre \u00e0 chacun d\u00b4\u00eatre plus \u00e0 l\u00b4aise dans la gestion de la situation actuelle.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Charte de l\u2019enseignement num\u00e9rique<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>L\u2019organisation du travail\u00a0:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>L\u2019usage de la plateforme OSS est obligatoire. Toutes les informations essentielles doivent y figurer, m\u00eame en cas d\u2019utilisation d\u2019autres outils num\u00e9riques.<a href=\"https:\/\/dfg-lfa.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/OSS-Charta-Kopie.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-51366\" src=\"https:\/\/dfg-lfa.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/OSS-Charta-Kopie-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"DFG-Charta zum digitalen Unterricht\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" srcset=\"https:\/\/dfg-lfa.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/OSS-Charta-Kopie-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/dfg-lfa.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/OSS-Charta-Kopie-150x100.jpg 150w, https:\/\/dfg-lfa.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/OSS-Charta-Kopie-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/dfg-lfa.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/OSS-Charta-Kopie.jpg 1000w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/li>\n<li>Les visioconf\u00e9rences et consultations ont lieu selon l\u2019emploi du temps.<\/li>\n<li>Des visioconf\u00e9rences ou des\u00a0consultations\u00a0en direct sont propos\u00e9es r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement aux \u00e9l\u00e8ves:\n<ul>\n<li>Recommandation\u00a0: en moyenne\u00a01 visioconf\u00e9rence (cours ou consultation) par semaine dans les mati\u00e8res du 1<sup>er<\/sup> groupe, en moyenne 1 fois par quinzaine dans les mati\u00e8res du 2<sup>e<\/sup><\/li>\n<li>D\u2019autres formes d\u2019\u00e9change avec les \u00e9l\u00e8ves sont possibles. L\u2019objectif est de ne pas perdre le contact avec chaque \u00e9l\u00e8ve de la classe.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Pour les mati\u00e8res du premier groupe\u00a0: il est souhaitable de proposer un plan hebdomadaire qui sera disponible sur OSS au plus tard le lundi \u00e0 8h.<\/li>\n<li>Pour les mati\u00e8res du deuxi\u00e8me groupe, il est souhaitable de respecter au mieux l\u2019emploi du temps pour donner les devoirs et fixer les dates de remise de devoirs, de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 \u00e9viter de regrouper tous les deadlines \u00e0 la fin de la semaine. Le format des devoirs et travaux \u00e0 rendre\u00a0par les \u00e9l\u00e8ves:\n<ul>\n<li>Tous les formats de fichier sont possibles (sauf si le professeur en demande un en particulier), ainsi que les devoirs \u00e9crits \u00e0 la main et scann\u00e9s ou photographi\u00e9s, \u00e0 partir du moment o\u00f9 les documents sont lisibles et exploitables.<\/li>\n<li>L\u2019utilisation d\u2019une imprimante par les \u00e9l\u00e8ves ne peut pas \u00eatre exig\u00e9e ou suppos\u00e9e.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Les adresses mail professionnelles seront utilis\u00e9es pour tous les \u00e9changes avec les professeurs.<\/li>\n<li>Pendant les cours en pr\u00e9sentiel (m\u00eame si une partie de la classe est en enseignement \u00e0 distance), les professeurs continuent \u00e0 faire noter les devoirs par les \u00e9l\u00e8ves dans les agendas, \u00e0 leur distribuer les documents et \u00e0 compl\u00e9ter le cahier de texte\/Klassenbuch\u00a0: les \u00e9l\u00e8ves qui vont \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tude doivent pouvoir disposer de tous les \u00e9l\u00e9ments leur permettant de faire leurs devoirs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Pour les professeurs\u00a0:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>L\u2019enseignement \u00e0 distance correspond \u00e0 l\u2019obligation de service.<\/li>\n<li>Les professeurs indiquent leur adresse mail professionnelle sur la page d\u2019accueil de leur cours.<\/li>\n<li>Tout devoir \u00e0 rendre doit obligatoirement \u00eatre clairement signal\u00e9, soit \u00e0 l\u2019aide du calendrier, soit \u00e0 l\u2019aide de la fonction \u00ab devoir \u00e0 rendre \u00bb<\/li>\n<li>Toute visioconf\u00e9rence doit \u00eatre inscrite dans le calendrier OSS de l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve et dans le planning des professeurs de toutes les classes.<\/li>\n<li>Les professeurs se montrent bienveillants quant aux d\u00e9lais de remise de devoirs en cas de probl\u00e8mes techniques rencontr\u00e9s par les \u00e9l\u00e8ves.<\/li>\n<li>Les documents et devoirs doivent \u00eatre mis en ligne du lundi 8h au vendredi 16h (ou au samedi travaill\u00e9 14h).<\/li>\n<li>Les devoirs devront faire l\u2019objet d\u2019une correction, qui ne doit pas n\u00e9cessairement \u00eatre individuelle, ou d\u2019un corrig\u00e9 mis \u00e0 la disposition des \u00e9l\u00e8ves.<\/li>\n<li>Il est n\u00e9cessaire de pr\u00e9voir un temps suffisant d\u2019au moins 48h pour les devoirs et autres travaux qui sont \u00e0 t\u00e9l\u00e9charger sur OSS, et d\u2019expliciter tr\u00e8s clairement aux \u00e9l\u00e8ves les attendus, dont l\u2019heure pr\u00e9cise de remise de devoirs qui doit \u00eatre diff\u00e9rente de 00:00 heures. Le jour de remise ne doit pas \u00eatre un samedi libre ou un dimanche.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Pour les \u00e9l\u00e8ves\u00a0:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>La participation \u00e0 l\u2019enseignement \u00e0 distance fait partie de l\u2019obligation scolaire\u00a0et les absences seront not\u00e9es sur le bulletin.<\/li>\n<li>En pr\u00e9sentiel, les absences d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ves vuln\u00e9rables (avec attestation m\u00e9dicale) seront indiqu\u00e9es comme telles dans le cahier de texte, afin de ne pas \u00eatre not\u00e9es sur le bulletin.<\/li>\n<li>Pour les visioconf\u00e9rences, les \u00e9l\u00e8ves arrivent \u00e0 l\u2019heure et sont pr\u00e9sents jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la fin, sont assis \u00e0 un bureau, ou autre, qui leur permette de travailler, veillent \u00e0 brancher ou \u00e9teindre leur cam\u00e9ra et leur microphone en fonction de la demande du professeur, \u00e0 \u00eatre habill\u00e9s correctement, \u00e0 pr\u00e9voir un fond neutre si possible, \u00e0 s\u2019isoler et \u00e0 ne pas inviter des personnes ext\u00e9rieures \u00e0 la classe.<\/li>\n<li>Les obligations de ponctualit\u00e9 et d\u2019assiduit\u00e9 sont aussi valables pendant l\u2019enseignement \u00e0 distance.<\/li>\n<li>Les \u00e9l\u00e8ves doivent respecter les d\u00e9lais de remise de devoirs et de travaux comme cela est indiqu\u00e9 sur OSS.<\/li>\n<li>L\u2019enregistrement des visioconf\u00e9rences ou de leurs extraits, ou des captures d\u2019\u00e9cran par toute personne autre que le professeur responsable du cours, est interdit.<\/li>\n<li>Les \u00e9l\u00e8ves veillent \u00e0 rester en contact avec leurs professeurs et les informent en cas de difficult\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<li>En cas de probl\u00e8mes dans l\u2019utilisation d\u2019OSS, une aide doit \u00eatre recherch\u00e9e, dans l\u2019ordre, aupr\u00e8s des camarades de classe, du professeur de la mati\u00e8re, du professeur principal, et pour finir de l\u2019\u00e9quipe IT.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Pour les parents et responsables l\u00e9gaux<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>L\u2019enseignement \u00e0 distance fait partie de l\u2019obligation scolaire.<\/li>\n<li>Les parents aident leurs enfants, dans la mesure de leurs possibilit\u00e9s, \u00e0 participer \u00e0 l\u2019enseignement \u00e0 distance dans de bonnes conditions.<\/li>\n<li>Les parents ou responsables l\u00e9gaux \u00e9vitent de pr\u00e9voir des rendez-vous et activit\u00e9s extra-scolaires pendant les horaires de l\u2019emploi du temps.<\/li>\n<li>Ils veillent \u00e0 permettre aux \u00e9l\u00e8ves de respecter les rendez-vous en distanciel avec les professeurs (visioconf\u00e9rence, chat, \u2026).<\/li>\n<li>Les parents ou responsables l\u00e9gaux aident leurs enfants dans l\u2019utilisation d\u2019OSS, dans la mesure de leurs moyens, et signalent des difficult\u00e9s techniques ou mat\u00e9rielles aupr\u00e8s du professeur principal.<\/li>\n<li>Les devoirs et d\u00e9lais en enseignement \u00e0 distance ont le m\u00eame caract\u00e8re obligatoire que pendant l\u2019enseignement en pr\u00e9sentiel\u00a0; ils peuvent \u00eatre not\u00e9s et les notes prises en compte dans l\u2019\u00e9valuation trimestrielle, en fonction des instructions minist\u00e9rielles en vigueur.<\/li>\n<li>Dans l\u2019enseignement \u00e0 distance, la pr\u00e9sence et la participation seront prises en compte dans la note de participation.<\/li>\n<li>Les absences aux cours \u00e0 distance doivent \u00eatre excus\u00e9es par \u00e9crit par les parents ou responsables
