Ils \u00e9taient accompagn\u00e9s de leurs professeures, V\u00e9ronique Giret, Emmanuelle Yverneau et Corinne Becker.<\/p>\n<p>Le PEL est organis\u00e9 par<strong> Let\u2019s promote Europe (LPE)<\/strong>, association cr\u00e9e par d\u2019anciens \u00e9l\u00e8ves de notre lyc\u00e9e (promotion 2019) en coop\u00e9ration avec le Parlement europ\u00e9en \u00e0 Strasbourg.<\/p>\n<div \/><\/a>\n\t\t\t<\/div><\/figure>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\n<p>Le PEL est un projet qui r\u00e9unit des lyc\u00e9ens de toute l\u2019Europe et les incite \u00e0 s\u2019interroger sur l\u2019avenir de l\u2019Union europ\u00e9enne, \u00e0 d\u00e9battre de th\u00e8mes de coop\u00e9ration internationale et \u00e0 proposer des solutions aux d\u00e9fis europ\u00e9ens. Cette exp\u00e9rience unique, riche en apprentissages et \u00e9changes humains permet aux jeunes d\u2019\u00eatre plong\u00e9s dans le fonctionnement la vie d\u00e9mocratique europ\u00e9enne et de s\u2019engager dans des d\u00e9bats en \u00e9changeant avec des jeunes de leur \u00e2ge issus d\u2019univers vari\u00e9s. Cette ann\u00e9e, le projet comptait plus de 450 \u00e9l\u00e8ves, venant de 11 pays avec plus de 50 nationalit\u00e9s diff\u00e9rentes. Apr\u00e8s une phase de pr\u00e9paration de cinq mois, nos apprentis d\u00e9put\u00e9s ont lors d\u2019une simulation du processus l\u00e9gislatif europ\u00e9en dans les locaux du Parlement europ\u00e9en de Strasbourg d\u00e9battu et r\u00e9dig\u00e9 des amendements sur les th\u00e8mes suivants : promotion de la neutralit\u00e9 climatique par des moyens de transport durables, protection de l\u2019ind\u00e9pendance et du pluralisme des m\u00e9dias, gestion de crises au niveau europ\u00e9en et politique europ\u00e9enne de d\u00e9fense.<\/p>\n<p>En deuxi\u00e8me partie de programme notre \u00e9cole repr\u00e9sentait l\u2018Italie lors d\u2019une simulation du Conseil de l\u2019Union europ\u00e9enne sur le th\u00e8me des cha\u00eenes d\u2019approvisionnement. Des activit\u00e9s culturelles ont fortement contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 une ambiance conviviale et amicale.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019ensemble des travaux s\u2019est d\u00e9roul\u00e9 en allemand, anglais et Sowohl neue Blickwinkel und Sichtweisen als auch der Austausch mit anderen politikinteressierte Jungendlichen aus Europa waren dabei besonders interessant<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Nicolas :<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Le PEL m\u2019a appris la pratique de l\u2019\u00e9criture normalis\u00e9e des textes de lois, \u00e0 d\u00e9fendre mes positions et avis en argumentant concr\u00e8tement devant des centaines de personnes avec une \u00e9loquence claire et pr\u00e9cise, \u00e0 faire des discours qui repr\u00e9sentent l\u2019avis d\u2019un groupe ou le miens, et enfin \u00e0 g\u00e9rer une \u00e9quipe de personnes vari\u00e9es et issues de toute l\u2019Europe en s\u2019appuyant sur leurs comp\u00e9tences individuelles.
