Student ambassadors in the fight against bullying are trained and help the Harmony team at DFG-LFA to raise awareness of the issue of bullying amongst their fellow students.
What do ambassadors do?
Ambassadors:
- raise awareness amongst their fellow students about the issue of bullying and promote respect for others
- recognise signs of bullying, talk about them and pay close attention to others
- work on projects to mobilise the entire school community
- uphold the school’s values
Serving as an ambassador means:
- being responsible
- listening to fellow students
- supporting victims and encouraging them to talk to adults about it
- being able to work together with the other elected school representatives
Who can become an ambassador?
- Anyone who would like to volunteer for this project
- This programme is not limited to class representatives.
